We have patents for using the effects of liquefaction to do mineral separation and dewatering.
Liquefaction are effects that occur with all granular materials that have a free liquid in the intergranular spaces. By applying vibrations, the grains are arranged better and closer to each other. Due to the density difference, the liquid is forced to rise, forming a liquid layer on top.

If this liquid is the GOLD extracting solution, as it rises and passes through the material, it will extract the GOLD. The gold leaving the solution is sent to the pyrometallurgical plant to be converted into bars or coins. SIMULTANEOUSLY, our process will cause the grains of the other, isolatable metals present in the material to move downwards, forming a "metallic" layer. On top of this layer, a tailings layer is formed. A system of the equipment separates the layers, allowing the separation of the "metals" from the tailings. A separating plate is introduced and the layer of "metals" is dropped and removed. After that, the separator plate is removed and the tailings layer falls, being taken to start the recovery of the already mined area. Our technology allows, if necessary, to circulate detoxifying and neutralizing solutions, which guarantee that the tailings will be the right material for the development of plants and animals.
